These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and bj55 ("bj55", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bj55 website located at https://bj-55.asia and all associated services, platforms, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). All financial transactions on the bj55 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bj55 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bj55 account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Abuse of the bj55 bonus system, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, collusion with other members, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus balances, and potential forfeiture of genuine deposit balances where fraudulent activity is established.

All betting and gaming activity on the bj55 Platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. These product-specific rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms. In all matters relating to the settlement of bets and the outcome of games, bj55's decision is final and binding, subject to the complaints and disputes process set out below.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the bj55 Platform. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.

The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. bj55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

bj55 reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Abuse of the bonus system or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities.
• Receipt of a valid legal instruction from a competent authority requiring the restriction or closure of an account.
• Concerns about the member's age, identity, or eligibility to participate in gambling services.

In the event of account termination for cause, bj55 may withhold all or part of any account balance pending investigation. Where an account is terminated without cause by bj55, any verified balance of genuine deposited funds will be returned to the member promptly through their registered payment method.

Members wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting bj55 customer support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and the resulting balance will be paid out.
